Our priority is to offer you natural products of the highest quality, made with care and attention. However, due to the nature of our items-olive oil, lavender oil and lavender hydrolate-we would like to inform you that returns or exchanges are not possible.

Why don’t we accept returns?

Our products fall into the category of natural foods and cosmetics. For health and safety reasons, and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Art. 59 of Legislative Decree. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods that are likely to deteriorate or expire quickly once opened or even once shipped.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

We carefully check each shipment, but if your order arrives damaged or nonconforming, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by sending:
– Order number
– Photo of package and damaged product
– Description of problem
