All of our items are natural, made with care and comply with current food safety and cosmetic regulations. The images and descriptions on the site are as accurate as possible, but there may be variations due to the handmade nature of the products.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Accepted payment methods include:
– Credit/debit cards
– PayPal
– Other methods specified at the time of purchase

The order will be considered confirmed only upon completion of payment.

4. Shipping

We ship throughout Italy (and, if applicable, abroad) via selected couriers.
Delivery times are generally between 2 and 5 working days.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. In case of delays or problems, the customer will be contacted promptly.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code ( D. Lgs. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
– Food products
– Natural cosmetic products that risk deterioration

Therefore, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

If so, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing order number, photo and description of the problem at societalepiane@gmail.com.

6. Responsibilities

Le Piane Agricultural Society arl is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use of purchased products. Customers are required to read labels and instructions for use carefully before use.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law.
The Court of Grosseto will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless otherwise provided by law.
